Manitox’s objective

At Manitox Kft, we believe that everyone deserves a clean environment in which we can live alongside our children! Let’s not waste, let’s not litter unnecessarily, and let’s only use what is absolutely essential! This is where environmentally conscious thinking begins. However, there are also products that are commonly used, some of which are dispensable whilst others are indispensable, and which we cannot reuse. But by sorting these for recycling and then recycling them, we’ve already done a great deal to protect our environment. Let’s work together to create a more sustainable future for the next generation!

Manitox Films – for the families of the future!

Why choose us?

We are the leading manufacturer of recycled LDPE film on the Hungarian market, with an annual production volume of over 8,000 tonnes, of which we produce just over 5,500 tonnes of recycled film for more than 200 regular partners. The steady growth in our export volume demonstrates that Manitox products meet European Union standards and are able to meet market challenges. As well as in Hungary, our films can be found in Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia and the Baltic states. We are proud to say that we are audited suppliers to major companies such as Nestlé and Tesco. Our reliability is also reflected in the fact that renowned manufacturers such as Coca-Cola, Wienerberger and Samsung use our packaging materials, and our products can also be found on the shelves of retail chains such as Forrás, Privát and Metro.

Features of our products

Versatility

Through investments in our manufacturing sites, we strive to meet the needs of various market segments; as a result, our range of LDPE products is exceptionally diverse.

Expertise, quality

As the categorisation of polyethylene waste is not yet fully resolved in the waste collection and processing process, the production of our films requires the genuine expertise of our colleagues. When sourcing the raw material, the appropriate regranulate must pass not only through our supplier’s waste sorting line but also through our own quality control checks.

Modernisation

The manufacture of our products requires not only the professional expertise of our staff, but also the further expansion and development of our already high-quality machinery (e.g. Cincinnati, Coliness, Kuhne, Reifenhauser). As a result, we have added further renowned machinery manufacturers to our list of suppliers, such as Hemmingstone, Roll-o-matic and Tecom.

Stability and reliability

The right raw materials, high-quality manufacturing equipment and the professional expertise of our colleagues ensure that, since 1995, we have been producing films of consistent and reliable quality with an optimal composition – the vast majority of which are made from recycled raw materials. These products hold their own in the construction industry, the domestic market and industrial applications, thereby replacing the original, primary-grade products.

Flexible delivery, wide range of products

In line with our tried-and-tested methods, for larger consignments requiring a lorry (6.5t) or a heavy goods vehicle (20t+), we typically operate with a lead time of 3–4 weeks; however, subject to agreement with the customer, it is possible to speed this up, which typically means a lead time of 2 weeks. As we work with a very wide range of products in the field of film manufacturing, you can source almost anything from us. There’s no need to search for different suppliers – simply place your order! We generally operate on an ex-works basis, but we can also arrange delivery: for smaller consignments, we use our own lorries or vans for domestic deliveries, whilst for heavier lorry loads we engage haulage contractors.

We appreciate your loyalty

For our long-term partners with whom we have a framework agreement of at least one year, and who place orders for our films in heavy goods vehicle (20t+) consignments of at least one lorryload per month, we are able to maintain a consignment stock, which typically amounts to one lorryload of their preferred products. This means that if something is urgent and needed immediately, it is solely up to the haulage contractor to decide when it will reach the customer, or, upon special request, we can even arrange it ourselves (the end of the sentence is obscured/cut off by the white bar in the image).

A cycle that makes all the difference

If we’ve already ended up with a pile of unnecessary rubbish, or if we can’t reuse a particular item, then it’s time to take the last big step we can still take! Let’s sort everything neatly into separate bins, as most items can be recycled multiple times. In our case, for example, if collected correctly, bin liners, plastic sheeting, pallet covers and so on can be turned into high-quality plastic film time and time again! In recent years, we have also been seeing and hearing more and more about the European Union’s initiatives, which specifically address single-use and reusable materials!
