Cutter and printer

Your main responsibilities:

• Adjusting the slitting machine according to production parameters (width, tension, cutting positions)
• Adjusting / replacing blades
• correct coil winding
• the continuous operation and monitoring of the machine
• checking the quality of the winding
• removal, packaging and labelling of finished rolls
• minor machine set-up and maintenance tasks
• identifying faults and rectifying them independently
• Set-up, operation, monitoring and performance optimisation of offset printing presses (6-colour)
• preparation for the printing process; continuous monitoring of colour balance and print quality
• corrective measures in the event of a discrepancy
• documentation of the manufacturing process

Our requirements:

• you have a secondary school qualification (qualifications in printing, engineering or IT would be an advantage)
•  you have user-level IT skills
• You can work independently and carry out your tasks with precision and accuracy
• you agree to work a 4-shift, 12-hour rota
